The “single” module includes one slurry tank and one sander, perfect for backup coats, while the “double” module, contains two slurry tanks and two sanders, ideal for prime/intermediate, or intermediate/backup sequences.
Offered as a standalone skid mounted unit, the Dip Mate is ready to use straight out of the box.

INCREASE CAPACITY

Tree rotation, tree tilt (45° forward and back), and in/out motion is all controlled electronically via the joystick controller, as is the nozzle up/down motion. Nozzle tilt motion (45° in all directions) uses direct control cables to give better feel and responsiveness to the operator.

The WBS Drag Conveyor removes all of the shell material from the blast cabinet as well as facilitate water into the settling system for recycling. The conveyor can be supplied with a bin or designed to customer specifications.
