The advanced Robotic Pouring technology improves consistency in production, with its capability to pour using preset shell positions. The robotic arm is capable of up to 41 kg pours, and greatly improves safety by reducing the number of workers required for pouring and also their proximity to the molten metal. This robot is specifically designed for one-off and low volume rate production. Additionally, its state-of-the-art target system allows for any tree to be poured, enabling further job shopping and flexibility.

Tree rotation, tree tilt (45° forward and back), and in/out motion is all controlled electronically via the joystick controller, as is the nozzle up/down motion. Nozzle tilt motion (45° in all directions) uses direct control cables to give better feel and responsiveness to the operator.

The WBS Drag Conveyor removes all of the shell material from the blast cabinet as well as facilitate water into the settling system for recycling. The conveyor can be supplied with a bin or designed to customer specifications.
The WBS750 adds an automatic nozzle to the manual cabinet. The automatic cycle provides a rotating nozzle that is programmed via a touchscreen interface to remove the bulk of investment casting shell. Once the cycle is complete, the workpiece remains where it is so that the operator can take control of the manual nozzle and clean the finer details.
